Quick one today

In two senses, today is a quick one: a post and the run. My run flew by at 30:28 for 4 miles for an average of 7:37 per mile. It's not that i'm trying to run fast but as I get more comfortable with these shorter distances (and fitter) it just seems to happen, which is nice. I haven't got much time to write today as I have to leave the house in 15 minutes and I didn't shower yet. Last night's yoga was great – 1 hour and a half of stretches, meditation and relaxation. I haven't done any yoga before so it felt a little strange ommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm but I felt great afterwards. Lastly, this mornings breakfast was inspired by the nutrition guide on the San Francisco marathon page which suggested adding a spoon full of peanut butter to the morning oatmeal to get a protein kick. Good stuff!
