New icons and a rest day

I'm taking it easy today after the 15 mile (14.67) run from yesterday. Unfortunately, my decision to move the run to Sunday so I could watch the England football match means I only have today to recover instead of the usual two days. Tonight is yoga too so I'm sure I'll be stiff again tomorrow. The yoga is really challenging since it involves a lot of stretching of the muscles I'm beating into submission with my runs so it's not as restful as I expected.
The other news today is that I updated WalkJogRun yesterday to include new icons to match the design of the rest of the site. Mile markers are now numbered up to 30 miles since the old markers were a little confusing for new users.
