iPhone GPS App Launches On National Running Day

Happy National Running Day! In honor of this special day, we are proud to announce that our iPhone GPS app is now live in the App Store! For those of you who have already purchased our app, this is a free update. If you're an iPhone user and have not yet downloaded the app, be sure to get it today! What better way to celebrate National Running Day than going out for a run using our new GPS app?

We created a promo video for the app with a great Chicago film team, Chicago Film Works. Be sure to check out the video, which demonstrates all the new features.

What's new?

  • Create routes directly in the app- in 2 different ways! Draw a route on the map OR track your run with GPS
  • New route actions available from the list. Run it, log it, share it. Just tap a row to reveal these actions
  • All your training data is now available in the app as well as the website
  • Elevation charts now available when viewing routes

Download the App Today!

The app for the iPad has been updated too. You get a nice, big map to create routes on and can access all the features of the iPhone update except for the GPS tracker. Call us crazy but we don't think you're going running with an iPad strapped to your chest ;).

Don't forget to rate us in the app store! We'd love a 5-star review if you think it's as awesome as we do! If you have any questions about how to use all the new features, we've created a list of FAQ's, so be sure to check them out.

Android Update: Although our Kickstarter project didn't get funded, we are still working on a way to bring the app to Android phones. We're working with a developer, who just started working on the app this week. We'll have more details as development on the app progresses.

Have you gone for a run yet today?
