Running every day for 21 years

Matt Ketterman started running every day over 21 years ago. In this podcast he shares how he got started running and about a close call he had which almost ended his run streak.

Matt also recognized a need at his local food pantry. He organized a charity race that he plans to host every year. This race operates different than most races because you can show up to run the day of the race. The race aims to provide cans of food for his local food pantry in North Carolina.
