This creative warm up sequence is one I often teach at the beginning of my classes. It’s a great way to warm up the entire body, working into the spine, hamstrings, and hips. This sequence would be great first thing in the morning or before a run but can be used as a cool down after a run as well. Feel free to repeat as many times as you’d like and add any additional moves that feel good to you.
