25 vegetarian Thanksgiving recipes

vegetarian-thanksgivingLast week my editor asked if I could write a blog post sharing some vegetarian Thanksgiving dishes that were made with fresh, natural foods. I’ve been a vegetarian for almost 4 years and my initial reaction was, “I’m not sure I’ll be able to find enough options, but I’ll see.”

I don’t know what I was thinking. I must have had a momentary memory loss. As I started going through Pinterest, doing web searches and looking at my favorite blogs I honestly couldn’t pare down the options. What started as a list of 10 became 20 and then 25. Below are some of the vegetarian Thanksgiving dishes that most caught my eye, with a gratuitous plug for one of my own dishes at the bottom.
