healthy-holiday-snacks-and-appetizersAs we head into the holiday season we tend to lose sight of how we eat the rest of the year. Food we would never cross our lips January through the middle of November is suddenly fair game and then we’re kicking ourselves come New Years.

But it doesn’t have to be that way. You can eat and snack happy throughout the holiday season. You just need to plan ahead. If you don’t believe me, look at the 20 healthy snacks and appetizers below and don’t worry, there isn’t a crudité platters among them. I even included a few dishes that contain meat so there really is something for everyone.
